how to improve body mass for a player in 13-15 aged?

Nutrition is very important during the teenage time. You need enough food to keep a teenage energised throughout the day and also more to help them grow their bones and muscle as well. Follow the key layout of food in every meal and try to get them to eat 5-6 meals a day.

5-6 Meals a Day will look like this; Breakfast (most important meal), Mid Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Evening Meal, Late Night Snack.

You want to have Protein in every meal which can be through many different food types, carbohydrates and fats (they right type).
